UTOPIUM DOUBLE PLUS GOOD
After the release of ‘No Memory Man’, Utopium started the recording of their fourth album in spring 2008 at Chemical Sound Studios in Toronto, benefiting from the artistic input of two Canadian producers, Dean Marino and Jay Sadlowski, who had worked with bands like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Tokyo Police Club and the Born Ruffians. The new album ‘Doubleplusgood’ came out in France on the 18th of February 2009 and immediately attracted much more media attention than its predecessor.
